Annie Mist Thorisdottir of Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit athlete. She also trains and coaches in Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is co-owner. Annie is first woman who has been crowned winner of CrossFit Games in two consecutive years. Annie was second at the both the 2010 and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion and media celebrity. She was the first woman to win at the CrossFit Games in 2011, and in 2012, two times. In 2013, as well as 2017, she won the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie as well as her parents and her siblings were born and grew up at Reykjavik Iceland. Being an avid sportsman and fitness enthusiast since at an early age, Annie participated in various school games and won several medals. The year 2009 saw Annie Thorisdottir competed in the CrossFit competition in California. Annie Thorisdottir was 31, (by 2021). Her height is about 5'7 and she weighs 70 kilograms. Annie started with her CrossFit journey in 2009, in California. She did well on her first competitions and finished in the top 10. Annie won again the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her impressive performance. She was the first female athlete to win the two CrossFit Games at once. A silver medal was won in 2014; and in 2021, she was awarded the Bronze award in the CrossFit Games. Annie is presently a coach and instructor in Crossfit Reykjavik, which she created. Annie, who is gaining notoriety for her athletic talents, has been featured in commercials for athletic products, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration sidekick Yerbae Renaissance Periodization Transparent Labs and others. In addition, she has her own Youtube channel, which is titled "Annie" which has over 1,000 viewers. The channel is where she shares videos about training diet, family life as well as travel.
