David Muir (born August 25 1948) is a famous American anchor, journalist and anchor and reporter. Most well-known is for World News Tonight. With its animated gestures and funny videos of celebrities' chatter, his program is now America's top-rated newscast. Made In America has also been nominated for an Emmy award. Prior to the appointment of the anchor for ABC World News Tonight Sawyer was his primary successor.
