Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal advocate and author who won several prizes. Her films are Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus ( 1969) and The Getaway ( 1972). New York was her home and she was brought up in an environment that was artistic. She began working as a photo assistant after that she moved on to acting and modeling. She was noticed in her two first films and won the Golden Globe Award for Most promising Newcomer. MacGraw was a household name following the success of her 1970 film Love Story. She was nominated for an Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. With just three movies, she became the top female box-office star worldwide. In Grauman's Chinese Theater in the year 1972, she had her name and footprints hand-engraved. Additionally, to The Getaway Convoy Players she was also in the TV miniseries The Winds of War. In 1991, her autobiography Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw has married thrice.
